Realizzazione di un master plan per l’ampliamento e la razionalizzazione dell’area occupata dagli edifici costituenti il complesso dell’Ospedale San Francisco Javier, Assin-Foso

Il progetto consiste nella realizzazione di un master plan per l’ampliamento e la razionalizzazione dell’area occupata dagli edifici costituenti il complesso dell’Ospedale San Francisco Javier, Assin-Foso: la sistemazione e l’ampliamento delle costruzioni realizzate nel passato, la ridistribuzione dei percorsi e dei collegamenti, nonché la realizzazione di nuovi edifici funzionali allo sviluppo del centro ospedaliero verso il quale converge un numero sempre crescente di persone provenienti dal Distretto (Provincia) di Assin e dalle regioni circostanti.

Il progetto nasce per volontà della Congregazione delle Suore Ospedaliere del Sacro Cuore di Gesù, rappresentate da U.CO.S (Ufficio per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo, facente parte integrante della Congregazione).

Attualmente è in corso la fase preliminare di acquisizione dati per la redazione del master plan ed è stato effettuato il rilievo completo dell’area.

Master-plan of San Francisco Javier Hospital Complex

The San Francisco Javier Hospital, recognized by the National Sanitary System as public hospital of Assin district, is the reference hospital structure for 41 surgeries, scattered in this area for about 250.000 beneficiaries. Considering the importance of the hospital district it has been created the necessity of a huge planning analysis, beginning a methodological- procedural process of transformation and reorganization of Assim to improve the existing structures, their own relationships, able to guarantee a correct and sustainable increasing of the new sanitary structure.

ASF ONLUS drew the technical urban project which includes the operations for the planning and development of the entire hospital center: the master-plan, referred to the interested area, contains measures for the enlargement of the pre-existing hospital buildings, reorganization and redistribution of the connections of the different parts of sanitary service; realization of new buildings, more functional for the users.
